This promotion is conducted, and the prize is administered by Saveful Worldwide Pty Ltd ACN: 164 032 811 (“Promoter”). These terms and conditions govern this promotion and may be amended, updated, or replaced by the Promoter from time to time (subject to any applicable regulatory approval). Entry into the promotion, and the acceptance of any prize, is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is a game of chance and is free to enter. Entries open from 8 am AEST on 1 September 2024 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

To enter the promotion, an entrant must be a registered user of the Saveful app and have completed a recipe, as evidenced by completing the “Which Ingredients were already in your kitchen” questionnaire and pressing “Next”. The “Which Ingredients were already in your kitchen” questionnaire appears on the app after clicking “Make it” in the Make section.  Entrants must ensure they record their cook this way for an entry to be valid.

Entry to the promotion is unlimited.  During the Promotion Period every meal completed and recorded on the app in accordance with rule 3 will be eligible for an entry. An entrant is eligible to win a prize if they are 18 years old and over and a resident of Australia. Each winner will win one (1) x Visa Gift Card valued at AUD $1,000. There will be five (5) winners drawn randomly from all valid entries received and they will be notified via email within five (5) working days of the judge’s decision.

A winner must, on request, provide the Promotor with their postal address within 5 days of being requested to do so, as well as such further information and assistance as required for the purposes of issuing the prize.  The Promoter will, at the Promoter’s cost, then post the prize to the winner’s postal address within 28 days of the winner supplying their postal address.

The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and is not redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

If there is a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity or eligibility of the entrant or the validity of an entry. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof of eligibility, they will forfeit the prize and no substitution or compensation will be offered.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter (not the time of transmission). The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for delays or failures in any telecommunications services or equipment.

The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and awarding the prize. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter's privacy policy (available via its website at this link) contains information about how the Promoter handles personal information, including how entrants can access and correct their information or make a privacy complaint.

Each entrant consents to participate in reasonable promotional activities surrounding this promotion, including publication of their recipe, their first name and/or the winning of any prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion (subject to any applicable regulatory approval), disqualify any entry, entrant or winner, or cancel or vary the promotion (including any prizes), where in the Promoter’s opinion: (i) a person has engaged in inappropriate, unlawful or improper conduct (including any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion or is otherwise potentially damaging or insulting to the Promoter or another person) or is generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter, its related bodies corporates or any other entity or person associated with this promotion; (ii) a person does not satisfy the entry requirements or otherwise breaches these terms and conditions; (iii) the entry is incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible, or infringes on the rights of any other person; or (iv) the Promoter cannot conduct the promotion or award a prize for any reason beyond its control. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
